CHICKEN LIVERS RECIPE

dear mums,

can anyone suggest a good chicken liver recipe for my 10 month old ds
a good chicken/fish recipe will also be very welcome

my ds is allergic to cows milk, eggs and nuts

1. Marinate in honey and soya sauce (go easy on that for 10mo I guess) and grill.

2. Put it in with congee/rice porridge and boil for a bit. (Very Chinese style.)

3. One of my lasagne recipe calls for chicken liver chopped up and cooked with the meat.

I always do 1) or 2).

Risotto is lovely with chicken liver and you could chill some and then make into rissoles that he could eat in his hands
Or make pate

i will try the risotto and perhaps the lasagne. thanks
