I'm having a world of trouble getting my year old dd to even try anything with fish in it. I'm anxious to get to eat some fish as, though we do give her meat, the rest of the family don't eat it, so fish is a huge part of our diet. We've tried recipes with tuna, salmon, white fish, sardines, fish fingers (home made and commercially prepared) all with the same result. Food disdainfully picked up, or delicately removed from mouth, carefully examined, and dropped to floor. All subsequent bites refused. Even at nursery, where she usually eats everything that stays still long enough fish is a no no. Can anyone suggest any fish recipes that might escape detection?
