Help! 7 litres of surplus breastmilk - recipes anyone?!

This week I'm not allowed to donate my surplus milk due to the fact that I have a streaming cold... this is going to leave me with at least 7 litres of the stuff by Wednesday! Anyone know how to make rice pudding, semolina...anything that my 21 month old will eat? Would even rather eat it myself than have it chucked out ..

Soap eh?! Well I like donating my milk, it's just when I have a cold and they won't take it... I could ask for milk that 'fails' the rigorous testing needed for preemie babies back and sell soap on ebay lol...

I think I'm ok for freezer space atm, although if starting up a soap business I may come back to you ta very muchly lol

I'm pretty sure ebay wouldn't let me sell milk on there, especially unpasteurised - I can vouch for the fact that I don't have any icky diseases etc... but there are loads of health and safety bits and bobs to think about... although it's only soap you're not going to eat it... I could set up a mumsnet soap shop although they might tell me off!

Took me this bloomin long to work out with the aid of google that lye is caustic soda!

Semolina is easy to make - instructions usually on the packet - just sort of simmer for a while !

How about porridge, or even wheetabix - anything you would use milk for normally I guess.
