When I'm decorating cakes sometimes wetting the icing with water is enough if not egg White should stick it

AuntieMonica · 21/07/2011 19:02

a damp finger rubbed over both surfaces should do it Smile

I use royal icing (egg white and icing sugar), but Vodka sounds good Smile.

Apricot jam works well, but I would love try the vodka idea Grin
