How to freeze fresh coriander?

I have a pot on my windowsill which needs to be used, but I know I won't manage it any time soon.

What's the best way to freeze it? I plan to use it chopped in a sauce so it won't matter if it crumbles after freezing.

Chop and freeze with a little water into ice cubes.

I just chop it and freeze it in a big bag and use as required. Seems ok!

Thanks both of you. Munstersmum, I have heard of the ice cube method but think I will try freezing it dry in a bag as I don't want any excess water or sogginess. Thanks again

freezing not ideal, but if you have to you have to. But don't chop it! Can you pick it and squish each sprig flat and freeze them all together in a freezer bag thingy like a stack of palm fronds IYSWIM? Then you just open the freezer bag and pull out a sprig, and it will crumble right into whatever you're cooking.

I just freeze it as it is then crumble off what I need at the time
