Help please - pork mince

My 17 month old only eats bitesize pieces of meat, and tends to be picky as well. I have some pork mince that needs eating up. Any ideas? I am thinking I need something extra tasty if I am to stand any chance of him eating it!

Mix with grated apple to make meatballs. Then cook them.

Make a sauce out of a tin of tomatoes, onion, garlic, red pepper and grated courgette. Blend it all up.

Add the meatballs to the sauce to cook for a bit more.

Delicious.

Meatballs - bind with bread crumbs and possibly an egg. Flavour with dried herbs of your choice. Maybe serve in a tomato sauce (tinned toms, onion, garlic if you want). Mmmm!
