cream and chocolate icing type thing?

I remember years ago my aunt used to make an icing with cream and melted chocolate, does anyone have a similar recipe?

That's ganache, which can be made with any chocolate including white. You need the same amount of chocolate in weight as cream in volume eg 5 floz double cream to 5 oz chocolate. You can use it unwhipped or whipped and the texture will obviously be very different. Also works well with sour cream or Bailey's. Can be piped onto cupcakes.
