Reheating - fishcake made with egg, would you?

Just made nice fishcakes with tuna and potato, using egg to bind it (it didn't work out quite how I thought but held together, just!).

BUT does egg reheat safely? Wondering whether to send it to nursery with 1yo DD tomorrow; she enjoyed it tonight but I've no idea if reheating it will work or be safe...

It should be fine as long as they are reheated to a core temperature (temp in the middle) of 70 degrees Celcius.

I would do it at home, but wouldn't send it to nursery with her.

Nursery are pretty good at reheating food - thanks for reassurance Smile
