Flaxseed

Can anyone recommend any good recipes which i could use flaxseed in?

you can throw them in lots of things - I add handfuls to Chilli - stews, bolognese - cheese scones - blitz them into pancake mix - toss par boiled potatoes in a mix of butter, oil & sunflower & flax seeds & then roast them & on & on :)

I have just gone low carb and some of the recipes use this instead of flour. I have a recipe for muffins in a book will look it out later. Have not tried it yet though. You could check out some low carb web sites for recipes
