Have just made cake for dd's christening tomorrow. It is white chocolate with a sort of white chocolate frosting over it. I have some cream roses to decorate it with but need some tips. If I just do a simple design on the middle of the top with say 4 roses (they are small sort of rose bud type roses) do I cut the stems short and then stick them in the cake ???
Any other ideas gratefully received by tomorrow morning please !!
