i would like to be organised and know what we are eating each evening before I leave for work in the morning.

I usually end up getting some bought dish from the freezer or have to call into the shops on the way home from work!

I really do need to get a meal plan system - anyone willing to let me have a peek of your ones?

I use a website called The Resourceful Cook when I am stuck for ideas, it gives you a plan for the week (you can chinge things you dont like) and gives you the exact quantities of what you need for the week. Its handy in that it gives you meals that use similar ingredients so that there is no wasted products. It then gives you a shopping list and estimated price you can print out, or it can take you straight to Tesco or Asda online and adds it it to your shopping.
