lemon and coriander mayonnaise

want to make this as a dressing for king prawns not sure how to do t though any ideas

Sorry no, I have googled to no avail.

I imagine you subsititute lemon juice for vinegar and add chopped coriander and perhaps a bit of ginger and otherwise make as normal

ok gonna cheat and use mayonnaise and just add lemon juice and coriander paste with wee bit of chopped cor. will let you know
