Bland meat/fish recipes

Does anyone know of any easy to prepare and fairly bland meat recipes for an 8 month old. I tried dd on Annabel Karmel 'fish in cheese sauce' and 'my first bolognese sauce' but she hated them both and shuddered every time I put a spoonful in her mouth. I think it is because the flavours are too strong.

My ds wouldn't eat fish or meat when he was 8 months either. Did you puree the meat? Maybe it was too lumpy for her. You could try fishcakes and maybe try strips of chicken or pieces of fish on their own rather than with a sauce.

I pureed the meat. Perhaps I'll try the cod with white sauce and potato.
