Need a recipe for chocolate cookies, no choc chips, just cocoa powder...

I like those really squidgy ones... have looked in the archives but they are all recipes for choc chip cookies or using block chocolate. Being a kitchen dunce I wouldn't know how much cocoa to put in.

Anyone got a good recipe?

bump, cos I want to do something like this with ds1, i'm getting fed up of making fairy cakes

Can't think of any offhand that don't involve real chocolate!
