Am going to do some baking tommorrow for Christmas Fayre on Saturday. One of the things Im going to make are choc cornflake cakes. If Ii make them friday morning will they still be crispy for sat afternoon? when Ive made them in the past weve eaten them up pretty quickly and cant remember.

I am pretty sure they will be crispy! Anyway, as they will have chocolate on them I'm sure no-one will actually care about the cornflake bit!

Funny how these kind of cakes never seem to last at home isn't it??!

ohh gosh they will be totally fine. the chocolate stuff sort of crisps them up better than if they were naked cornflakes out of the box iyswim.

theyll be fine!

Good idea Pepsi. If you find they are a little too crispy still on Saturday morning, you could always lie, claim sogginess and that you had to force yourself to eat them all on the basis of it being a waste otherwise....

Excellent Clary Shall I bring the port and stilton?

serah that sounds great actually except I am terrible with port....not very good the next morning but if I start I can't help myself!
