I have finally disposed of the three half-empty port bottles left over from the days when we had parties (put them in a beef casserole and very nice it was too).
So what can I do with the half-empty bottle of Archers peach schnapps? Obviously drinking it is out of the question, seeing as I am no longer 23, and it is no longer the 1980s, but there must be some sort of pudding I could usefully put it into, and get rid of it that way?
