Chicken Stew! Tasty recipes please

Can anyone recommend a good recipe for chicken stew or other chicken based hotpot/casserole
I feel like making a good hearty and bone warming meal tonight!

I made a lovely one yesterday in the slow cooker, but would work just as well in a casserole dish).

Chicken breasts (I left them whole), rosemary (had some left over from a recipe at the weekend), 2 fennel bulbs chopped roughly, 1 onion, 1 clove garlic, tin of tomatoes, thickened with cornflour right at the end and served with jacket potatoes.

It was yummy and filling without "sticking to your ribs" DH said he was glad he had married such a good cook, bless him!
