Can I freeze salmon risotto?

I'm not sure about the fish and the rice. I know that you're not supposed to reheat rice but what if I defrosted it and gave it to LO cold? She's 7 months.

Have heard that rice can be suprisingly dodgy.....if in doubt, I wouldn't....

tbh i would err on the side of caution for a child this young.however i freeze risotto all the time but it's defrosted properly and then reheated in the oven.

try to make it in rice balls ,dip them in beaten eggs and breadcrums and deep fry the next day
