Favourite BBQ food....

Planning on having a BBQ on Sunday and wondered what your favourite food was?

Potato salad.

Home-made burgers with nice cheese melted on top.

Veggie and halloumi skewers.

I only ever want a cheeseburger with all the gubbins, and some pasta salad, followed by chocolate mousse.

Anything fishy
Pork tenderloin marinated in chili and garlic
Chicken marinated on yoghurt, honey, lemon and coriander.
Steamed green beans, asparagus, mangetout, sugarsnap peas with a good dressing.
Cousous
Homemade coleslaw

Mushrooms grilled so the cap fills up with salty juice
Sweetcorn
A big huge watermelon, though I don't advise barbecuing it
Salmon is yummy barbecued too
