Does anyone have an old copy of Rose's book, The Bean Book. It had a receipe for chick pea fritters with sweet and sour sauce. I shortsightedly gave the book to the charity shop a while ago and now I fancy doing this meal again. Can anybody help me?

My 2000 version of this book doesn't have that recipe but does have split pea fritters with apple rings if that's any good???

Yes I found the book in a shop, but it didn't have that receipe in. My edition was probably an antique! Thanks Roman maybe I'll try your receipe.
