I have a butterfly cake tin www.amazon.co.uk/Nordic-Ware-Butterfly-Cake-Tin/dp/B0018QDYMQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1309015087&sr=8-1 which I am going to use for DD's birthday cake in a couple of weeks. I've never used it before and want to do a trial run but I have no idea how much cake mixture I will need. It says 9 cups or 2.13 litres on the cardboard insert.
Can anyone give me a recipe or point me in the direction of where I can find out please.
