asparagus is best not played with too much, griddle it for 8 mins and drizzle over melted butter and salt

eat with fingers and be v.messy, yummmmmmm

It was a seasonal delicacy (when I worked)in Germany - served simply with butter or hollandaise sauce as a side dish or starter.
