out of date mince

Lazyeye, I think 2 day out of date mince is ok to use if you cook it well, it was stored well and it's from a store with high turnover.

Lasagna sounds good. Better lasagna with slightly off mince than none at all if what I always say. (Seriously, I think it should be fine.)
