Waitrose sell little pots of them with their sandwiches and takeaway food.

thanx, the frozen ones sound good, how do you use them? we tried them off the salad counter in sainsburys, not sure how they were done.

edamame is just soya beans... you can buy them frozen in most supermarkets, but might not be labelled edamame!

They are gorgeous mixed in with this, just sub some of the peas and broad beans for edamame - frozen fine, just boil for a few mins as per the beans.

You may want to omit the chilli if your DS is little.

If you get frozen ones just defrost, cook, serve with bit of butter and salt. Love them!
Fresh ones steam them and add salt to make them Japanese style.

Asian markets and shops sell them more cheaply than M and S/ Waitrose.
