Home made curry left out overnight - safe to eat today?

I spent ages cooking a curry in my slow-cooker yesterday and then forgot to put it in the fridge overnight. Do you think it will be OK to eat today?

I'm feeling a bit of a wuss as I had the vomiting bug last week!

I would. Make sure you reheat it until it is piping hot though.

i would eat it, spices are used as a preservative - that's why so many spicey/hot foods originate from hot countries!

it will even taste better as it's had a chance to 'brew'

stick it in the fridge now, and make sure it's thoroughly re-heated before you eat it - but if you're in doubt, send it my way, DH would eat it in a sarnie

yes, a sarnie. cold curry sarnie
