I got a big packet of it. Any ideas of dishes I could use it?

You can treat it a bit like Parma ham. Wrap it around fish or scallops, eat with melon, eat handfuls of it straight from the packet.

Just scran it down, it's lovely.

Alternatively, toast some sourdough drizzled with EV olive oil & rubbed with a clove of garlic, squash a tomato on, pile a load or your serrano on & eat for breakfast.

thanks for the suggestions, didn't think about wrapping in fish (used with chicken though) I have eaten a lot straight from the packet used some but was running out of ideas of how to use it. Do they go well with beef? Any tried recipes?
