meringues with low fat creme fraiche or total 0% greek yoghurt and berries are great

I think that most of the following are healthy in small doses esp for kids.
rice pudding or Semolina with jam or honey, apple crumble (made with oats so can have for brekkie too), stewed fruit and custard, fruit and plain yog, jam and plain yog, frozen milk shakes (milk and frozen fruit whizzed together), apple tart esp if made with whole meal flour), homemade biscuits and buns.

I love stewed fruit! Stewed apples are gorgeous but you can stew loads of fruit and the results are good.

My mum used to do us mashed banana with milk or cream, yummy. Also, baked apples filled with raisins.

Though I know the above do have fat (in the milk) and sugar, they are fruit based so got to be good in my view....
