Pork cheeks

I was very excited to get some pork cheeks the other day. Anyone got a fave pork cheek recipe?

Sorry, I've never eaten pork cheeks (and I didn't know that anyone else had).

I made the Gordon ramsay recipe with honey and thyme and it was a bit of a faff (no surprise there then) but very tasty. Quite a sweet sauce. Served with mash I think. They will be good in a braise of any kind really, with some wine and plenty of seasoning, it would be fun to do them chinese style I think, with star anise, soy, rice wine, garlic, brown sugar etc. but then I love oriental food.
