What can I make with diced beef??

Apart from either a stew or a beef pie???

I defrosted some last night and now can't think of anything that's not stew or a pie to do with it...

Answers on a postcard please :o

curry? just make sure you simmer it for ages

Kebabs? Marinade in something, stick on skewers, grill.

Chili - proper American chili is made with diced beef, not mince.

A curry, with a nice thick sauce.

Cornish pasties, very very nice.

An important consideration will be whether it is stewing meat or steak. If it is steak, then you could use it for something that does not need to be cooked as long.
