Hi. Does anyone know where I can buy a chocolate birthday cake (to take into DD's nursery on her birthday)which doesn't contain nuts, or might not have come into contact with nuts, or the factory it was made in works with nuts!!!!!!!! I can't face making one cos I have already got to do one for her party at home. Thanks... PS I have tried Tesco and M&S.

I got a cake from Sainsbutys but dont know about the nut thing.
I'd bake you one!!!
A friend of mine daughert has a nut allergy and she says she can eat the bought ones that have come in contact but you know your allergy best.
If you ask at the customer services they might know if they do one.

Thanks, my daughter hasn't got any allergies, but the nursery is very strict about serving any food that might have nuts in it or been in contact with them. Because it says about the risk of contamination on the boxes I don't think they would be able to risk it.... I will try Asda though.
