Easy Kids Peppermint cream recipe??

Want to make peppermint creams with the rainbows but have got an egg allergy sufferer among them so does anyone know of a peppermint cream recipe that does not use egg?

I used to make them with condensed milk when I was little. Recipe here:
1lb icing sugar
4 tablespoons condensed milk
a few drops pepperment essence/extract

Mix icing sugar and condensed milk to form a paste.
Work a few drops of oil of peppermint in by hand.
Roll out and stamp out small rounds (or any shape you like)
Put on a tray and leave in a cool place to dry out.

Nicer dipped in chocolate.
