making beef stew go further

I have some beef stew left over but not quite enough to feed the whole family. Any ideas how I can eek it out?

Pile in vegm it is your friend, potatoes, carrots, tinned tomatoes.

Beans/pulses are always good.

Or mix it into pasta - wide pappardelle would be good, with lots of Parmesan on top.

Okay I have some lentils. Maybe add some of them? Then eat with some new potatoes

Get some frozen pastry and make a pie with it. Serve with pots and veg. Big favourite in our house.
