12 wants a b-day tee - what to serve?

MY 12 yr old sd is going swimming with some friends and then wants me to do a birthday tea for her friends and aunts and uncles - don't want it be too babyish - any ideas and cheap suggestions?

Pizza/garlic doughballs, spag bol, tiramisu. Thay'll be starving after swimming.
