Can I make Thai curry paste with dried lemongrass?

I want to make Thai chicken burgers but have no Thai curry paste which is in the recipe. I have every spice known to man, a lime, fresh coriander but only dried lemongrass in a jar. Only recipes I can find say to use fresh lemongrass.

If anyone has a recipe or knows if I can just substiture the dry stuff please help!

Yeah, don't worry. Put some lime zest in and the juice along with the dried lemongrass. It'll be fine. And be sure to use the coriander stalks as well as the leaves.
To be honest, ready made Thai curry pastes are usually really good, especially if you buy a Thai brand that they sell in any Asian food shop. But be careful, they are often super spicy so you don't need much! You can also find lemongrass paste in supermarkets which is preferable to dry. It's all about the aromas.
