I have a great one (well, at least my family loves it) for a polenta lasagna, but it is in American measurements, so don't know how easy it would be for you, but actually there's not a whole lot to measure.

my 14mths old loves polenta, it's one of her favorites. But I don't use the block cause they're very salty. I cook it in whole milk and add bits of steamed carrots that I mash up, creme fraiche and parmesan. For us I add an egg, salt and pepper and I grill it for a few minutes in the oven. It's delicious and very quick.

it's "Merchant Gourmet, 1 minute cook polenta". I only find it at sainsbury's. And yes it's powder.

you decide how thick it is by adjusting the cooking time, so yes you can have it either fairly runny or solid enough to eat as finger food.
It's also good with tomato sauce on top.
