1 tsp dried yeast
90ml/3 1/2 fl oz tepid water
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tblsp olive oil
175g/6oz plain flour
1 tsp salt

mix yeast water and sugar together, to dissolve

rest for 10 minutes

stir in oil

sift flour and salt into a bowl, make a well and add yeast liquid

flour hands and mix to form a dough, turn out onto a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes
place in a greased bowl cover, and leave in a warm place(airing cupboard) for 1 hour or till double size.

turn out on lightly floured surface and punch the dough " kcock it back" punching more fun though!!!!!

knead for a further 5 minutes

roll out and its ready to use

good luck
