I have the book. What recipe is it you want? All the recipes in the book have the quantities for 96.

BudaBabe · 14/11/2005 12:25

Have the book. She gives all recipes for either 4 or 96 people. What exactly are you looking for?

MummyJules · 14/11/2005 12:53

Thank you!!! Basically looking for ideas for providing food for a choir concert that I am hosting. We are charging £6.00 a ticket which includes the concert, a glass of wine and food. We have a small kitchen but ideally would like the food to be easy to serve and someone suggested the book. Our there any ideas I could use?

She does a lot of casserole type stuff, but cottage pies, and other pies. I have tried a few stuff from her books now - maily meat dishes for DD and Dh - and they have really enjoyed them.

I am currently making her fresh tomato sauce, to serve with meatballs and pasta tomorrow. have added some roasted veggies to the sauce too - for me.

Fimac1 is that one of these clubs that keep sending you books or can you just buy one book

Hulababy · 14/11/2005 18:11

gigglinggoblin · 14/11/2005 18:57

seb1 - you can just buy the one if you want, but p&p is free if you spend over £25 so i always feel i have to do that! they have some fantastic bundles of stuff for very cheap, great for xmas. the book people

jules - if you want i could photograph some recipes and send you the piccies via email. would that work? they do have it in my library, it might be worth checking yours so you can browse a bit better.

fimac1 · 14/11/2005 19:46

Just one - p&p is free if you spend over £25 like GG mentioned or if you can find it distributed through a school the p&p is free

For that number I would either go jeremy archer style with shepherds pies all round or jacket pots, served with big vat of chilli or grated cheese.

If you go too fancy you won't make any money!

If you want shepherds pie I can post the quantities from the book
