Sourdough starters

I am going to have a go at this, silly question what is the best container to keep it in, have various plastic tubs, kilner jars etc.

Any tips?

Just make sure its sterialised and keep the lid on properly. On the baking course I did at Shiptons Mill they used large tupperware as it easy to mix and scoop out.

Well it is started, fingers crossed.
