Lamb breast

I am the proud owner of a lamb breast (complete with bones!) and now have no idea how the bloody hell to cook it.
I have a slow cooker, minimal butchery skills and am bit short if preparation time. So is that a suitable challenge for all you domestic goddesses?!

I don't have a slow cooker, but watched Theo Randall do this yesterday and it looks (and I imagine) tastes divine.

Or an Irish Stew which really is the simplest of stews going. Chop lamb, slice potatoes, leeks, carrots, onions, layer, add water, tablespoon or two of pearl barley and seasoning, cook - I obviously do mine on a very low heat, covered on the hob, but I imagine it's the same principle with a slow cooker..?

Or do broadly the same with lots of onion, some paprika and a tin of chick peas then perk up with a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of coriander or dill
