I have a pot of soured cream I forgot to use. Any cakes/snacks/recipes I could easily do to use it up?

Flammen Kuchen
Make a yeast dough with 200g flour,1 tsp yeast, salt and water and leave to prove
Thinly slice 2 small onions and soften in a little oil, not brown
Cut into thin strips 50g bacon or smoked ham
Mix ham and onion with 2 tablespoons sour cream and season
When dough has doubled in size roll out as thin as poss to baking sheet size cover with mix and bake 10 mins as hot as poss
I was told to use this to make 2 using half dough and mix at a time-that makes a nice snacky pizza but i made it all one go on a big tray and that was good too

You can make a great dip if you dice up loads of bacon/pancetta, fry with a couple of minced onions until brown and caramelised and lovely, and mix with the pot of sour cream. Chill if you've got time, or just sit down and eat with potato or tortilla chips :-)

Cake looks yummy. Probably go with the Stroganoff - forgot about that, easy to do, got most of the ingredients in fridge. Not much of a household for snacking but the recipes sound tasty. It was the fajitas that I missed it out of in the 1st place!! THanks everyone
