What can I malke for tea with left over turkey?

We had a turkey dinner yesterday and I have half of the turkey left over. Are there any nice recipes that I can make with the leftovers? I am veggie, and am making a vegetable and butter bean pie for me, so anything similar that I can adjust to make for the turkey eaters and me would be great! (But am open to other suggestions, too!) Grin

I am assuming it is OK to re-heat the turkey as you would left over chicken?

Many thanks!

Chinese stir fry

Turkey and leek pie? (or other veg in a white sauce)

I make turkey and ham hash cakes after chritmas but assume you have no ham

Bacon, Turkey, Onions & Mushrooms in a creamy sauce over pasta or rice.

Thanks for the replies! All of those recipes sound lovely! I do have ham, but no bacon. I hadn't thought of putting turkey with either of those! Right, better check contents of the fridge to see which I can make!

Thanks again, Ladies! Smile

Leeks, turkey, white wine and cream then top with pastry.

Just checked that link, activate, and there are so many recipes, so thank you for that! I am thinking that turkey casserole could be do-able too.

We are having TLT. Turkey, lettuce and tomato bagels.

DuchessEm · 23/05/2011 16:31

Thanks, Jaffacake79! That sounds lovely, too! Pie might be the easiest option seeing as I am making one for me anyway! DH doesn't like leeks, though so would broccoli be a good substitute?

I've only just seen this but was going to say the jamie pie. I've been making it for three years now. In fact I get sent home with the turkey at Xmas and have to make one for my mum and brother. It's very yummy and now one of my fav things about Xmas. I've also done a combo of turkey and ham which was lovely.

My BIL loves the Jamie pie, loves it! always our boxing day dinner now

DuchessEm · 26/05/2011 10:18

Thanks for the link! That pie looks really nice and think it would go down very well with DH! I think I could also make a veggie version for me based on that recipe and add a few vegetables, which would be handy! Smile
