Anyone else tried the 'fish' milk yet? More to the point does anyone think it'll be any better for kids that normal ermintrude milk?

organic milk has omega 3 etc in it too, so we bung along with that. But we like organic things, we're a bit precious like that

So as well as annoying other motorists you're a hippy!!

Actually, we tend to try to eat as much organic as we can especially for the kids. Look out for anything with no colourings/flavourings/preservatives and all that stuff - the Heinz organic tomato sauce is the best sauce I've ever had!!

These milk people say there's more O3 in this new stuff as well as the O6. Do you think it makes a difference? Hope it does as I buy those mega expensive eggs for DS1 with Omega everything in them.

pfer i seconf the heinz organic tomatoe sauce is (BY FAR) the best!

I agree dont botehr with omega 3 milk... go for organic instead with is NATURALLY higher in omega 3

also IF you read the bottle you see you actually need to consume a LOT of the milk just to get a small amount of your omega 3 RDA so IMO its a complete waste on money (correct me if im wrong but im sure it was something like 2 glasses = 10% of RDA! )

also do you REALLY want to drink milk with fish oil in it? I tried it once.... it was on special offer in waitrose. i COULD taste the fish, and after reading the label vowed to never buy it again...and to remain on organic where at least the COWS WHO PRODUCE it have a BETTER life, which IMO is MUCH more important

We have it when I remember but I do wonder whether there is really enough in there to make much difference on its own. ds takes Efalex anyway.

Umm, so on it's own not much good then? That's what I thought. We have Flora with the Omega stuff in it and eggs 'rich in omega 3 as well. I just thought that maybe every little bit helps?
