please go gently with me...

as per annabel karmel, ds has cauliflower cheese. Hes 15mth now, is caulifower cheese an adequate meal (on its own) or should i be incorporating other food groups as well into it?

on the whole i do try to ensure he has a balanced diet... honest.

Well we have it as a meal, sometimes with potatoes.

Sure it is fine.

I'm sure its fine. You have vegetables, protein and plenty of calcuim in this dish so it is very healthy. I tend to give ds (same age) mixed vegetables with it as well so he can feed himself with the veg whilst I spoon the cauliflower cheese in his mouth.

I used to give dd this as a meal on its own until she went off it. I always try to make sure she has a balanced diet over the course of a day or two, not necessarily in one meal.
