Beef joints... enlighten me please.

Silverside and Top Rump - are these joints that you can do a regular fast roast with, and cook slightly pink, or are they slow cook joints?

I think they are both roasting joints, but I reckon Silverside is a bit tough as a roast and personally I would pot roast it and cook it slowly instead. Top Rump would be nice a bit pink.
