Egg Whites?

Can I do anything other than meringue? I'm too tight to just throw them away.

Egg White omelette is a staple in this house, much lighter than a normal one

This chicken recipe is good. Or perhaps make coconut macaroons these are very tasty.

Or freeze them, one day you might fancy meringues!

Can you freeze them then? Uncooked?

Yes, egg whites freeze brilliantly, raw.

Tip: One egg white per ziplock bag/small tupperware/whatever you freeze in. Then you can use as and when a recipe calls for an extra egg white or two.
