ok make a bolognese sauce:
fry onions and finely chopped carrot in a little oil for a few mins then add a pack of mince until it browns
then add a can of chopped tomatoes, a good squeeze of tomato puree and garlic puree, and a squirt of tom sauce, and HP sauce and a few drops of worcestor sauce and a generouse pinch of mixed herbs
then make a cheese sauce: (me guessing quantities i just 'do it')
a bit of butter - melt it gently 20g
sprinkel in a some plain flour 2 tbl spoons
a little pinch of dried mustard
add milk 3/4 - 1 pt and stir over gentel heat until it gets thick
add grated cheddarcheese about half a small block (until it tastes as cheesy as you want it)
then get no need to precook lasagne sheets
start with sauce
then lasagne
then bol
then lasgne
then bol
then lasagne
then sauce on top
sprinkel a little grated chees on top if you wish
cook in oven at 180C for about 35 mins]
