Need some new ideas, mine are getting boring.
I need quick and filling for weekdays, dc aren't that fussy :).

chicken marinated in teriyaki sauce and stir fried with rice and sweatcorn/peas.

Spaghetti and Meatballs! I make meatballs in the food processor with equal amounts of ground beef & ground pork, some grated parmesan, rolled oats, herbs, a little onion and seasoning and then a rich tomato sauce. Meatballs balance on top of sauce, on goes the lid and 20 mins later are cooked through and can be stirred gently into the sauce without breaking up.

DD loves pretty much anything. Some of the things on our menus include:

Sausage and mash
Yorkshire Puddings - with anything!
Moussaka
Pasta - bolognaise, carbonara, pesto, etc.
Crispy duck pancakes
Stir fry
Smoked mackerel
Prawns in garlic butter

Most fish - salmon, cod, etc.
Casserole
Risotto
Cottage pie

etc.

Meatballs a huge hit here! Whether with pasta/rice/potatoes or whatever.

Roast dinner type meal

Toad in the hole

Tacos

Pie (anything with meat/gravy/pastry!)

.. all immediately spring to mind. Sure there are more too....
