Red Cabbage....

........just got one in my veg box and not sure what to do with it. Any suggestions? I always like what they do with it in some restaurants but not sure what they do with it.Any tips welcome!

I love it "stewed" with onion and red wine and apple and brown sugar - serve with sausages and mash
