Is Nigella's sticky chcolate pudding any good, or do you have any other relatively simple recommendations?

I want one of those puddings, those stickily fabulous ones that make their own sauce and into which you splash additional cream or ice cream should you feel so inclined. The sort that is quite easy and tastes unspeakably wonderful.

Successful candidates may well find themselves in the starring role for Christmas lunch in the Inferiority Complex.

nigel slater does a good one

have you How To Eat - the microwave choc puds are good

the ones where you cut into it and it all oozes out in a vulgar fashion?

I must say the M+S ones are very stunning and now prevent me from ever bothering to make another again....

I do have HTE (blagged a review copy ages ago). Do they ooze? They look very easy, too, which is a bit of a consideration for a stressed day like Christmas. I would of course have to purchase little dishes, but somehow wandering in lovely cookshops is never a major chore

I've made the little Nigella choccie ones that ooze choc from the inside - are those the ones you mean.

Highly recommended.

Now where's my invite .
