cool tonight she had cod brocoli and white sauce. was gonna do cheese sauce but didnt have cheese lol

i froze white sauce in the form of cauliflower cheeese and it was 'ok' just but no more than that....

sum how it sort of seperated and wasnt nearly as nice as when i made it!

Miss 2 year old dint mind tho... it tasted ok was just an 'unusual' consistency / texture

But its always ok in lasgne etc!

I freeze cheese and white sauces all the time, still taste okay to me. i do my shopping in bulk and freeze a lot of it - even the milk.....
